Cheers To The Fifth Annual Craft Beer Tasting

For those beer aficionados or anyone who wants to try out some local brews, our friends at Vernon Hills Park District are happy to announce that its extremely-popular Craft Beer Tasting will be held Saturday, March 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. Now in its fifth year, the tasting will be held at the Sullivan Community Center on 635 North Aspen Drive and we at Knauz Autopark are proud to be among its sponsors. Everyone is invited to come out and sample more than 40 delicious offerings — like ales, lagers, stouts, etc. — from What’s Brewing? Supply, Buffalo Creek Brewing, Kings & Convicts, Mickey Finn’s Brewery and others. There also will be food available for purchase from Luke’s of Mundelin and live music by the band Sneezy. The 5th Annual Craft Beer Tasting is only for those ages 21 and up. Event tickets cost $30 through Friday, Feb. 23 and will be $35 afterward (if not sold out).  Tickets are limited, so be sure to register as early as you can and a free tasting glass is available when you purchase a ticket. To make sure everyone gets home safely, participants can buy designated driver tickets for $10 at the door. Here at Knauz Autopark, we are excited to be a part of this wonderful event. It will be a good opportunity to not only experience our talented local brew masters work their liquid magic, but also enjoy some quality music and make some new friends along the way. Those who are interested can buy tickets for the tasting at the Sullivan Community Center or here. For more information on the 5th Annual Craft Beer Tasting, visit the Vernon Hills Park District website or find the event on Facebook. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #KnauzInTheCommunity when you post on social media and we cannot wait to raise a glass of our favorite beer with you.
