The Search Is On At GLPD's Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Ready to celebrate Easter with a hoppin’ good time? Our friends at Grayslake Park District are holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt for kids and their parents Saturday, March 24, from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Held at the Central Park Aquatic Fields on 250 Library Lane, the event is sponsored by our team at Knauz Autopark. The egg hunt is for ages 1 to 7 and check-in is at 10:30 a.m., with the hunt promptly begins at 11 a.m. This is the perfect way to get everyone in the family into the Easter spirit and to find some delicious goodies in the process. The Easter Bunny also will be in attendance and cannot wait to take some photographs and pass out some high fives. The deadline to register for the egg hunt is Friday, March 16. The cost is $6 for residents and $8 for non-residents, and you can register at the district’s headquarters. In the event of inclement weather, call the GLPD rain line at 847-223-7246. For more information about the 2018 Easter Egg Hunt, visit the Grayslake Park District’s website or find them on Facebook. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #KnauzInTheCommunity when you post on social media. We can’t wait to help you look for our special Disney “Frozen” eggs containing all kinds of different treasures!
