Spring Into The 2018 Hoppin Holiday Hunt

It is almost time to get your baskets, dress in your Sunday best and begin searching for some prize eggs because the Vernon Hills Park District’s 2018 Hopping Holiday Hunt is set for Saturday, March 24 from 9 to 11 a.m. Held at the Sullivan Community Center on 635 North Aspen Drive, the event is sponsored by the Vernon Hills Park District and your friends at Knauz Autopark. Kids and their parents are encouraged to come out and enjoy a continental breakfast, an awesome magic show and of course hunting for eggs. Our team at Knauz is especially excited because we have included Disney’s “Frozen”-themed eggs placed among the other hidden eggs and it is chock-full of great surprises. The hunt is scheduled to be inside the Sullivan Community Center, but will be outside if the weather permits. It also is possible that the Easter Bunny will make a guest appearance and join in the fun.

The hunt is for children ages 1 to 8 years old and their parents. It is broken into three time slots: 9:20 a.m. for ages 3 and under, 9:40 a.m. for ages 4 and 5 and 10 a.m. for ages 6 to 8. The cost to participate in the 2018 Hoppin Holiday Hunt is $6 for resident children, $8 for non-resident children, free for any children under 1-year-old, $8 for resident adults and $10 for non-resident adults. You can register your children online here and any adults here. Here at Knauz Autopark, we invite everyone to attend the egg hunt and celebrate Easter in a family-friendly and wonderful atmosphere.
