Find Goodies On Halloween Trick Or Treat Path

Though one of the best aspects about Halloween for kids is being able to receive all sorts of tricks and treats, it can be hard to get a good haul of goodies from the houses in their neighborhoods. Our friends at the Gurnee Park District want to make the process of getting candy simpler, which is why they are hosting a Halloween Trick Or Treat Path Saturday, Oct. 13th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Held at Viking Park on 4374 Old Grand Ave., our team at Knauz Autopark is proud to be a sponsor of this event. Families are invited to come out and walk along the park, receiving candy and other treats from more than 45 costumed characters. Regardless of whether you come in full costume or in regular clothes, it guaranteed to be a wonderful afternoon and one that definitely will get your little monsters in the Halloween mood.

The Halloween Trick Or Treat Path is for children ages 1 to 6 years old and requires parental supervision. The cost to attend is $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents, and you can pay right at the door (proof of residency will be required). Here at Knauz Autopark, we think local families will enjoy exploring the spooky side of Viking Park and seeing how delighted their kids will be when they are able to get candy before Halloween night. It also will be a day of family fun and give everyone a chance to get outside and take in some refreshing fall weather. For more information about the Halloween Trick Or Treat Path, visit the Gurnee Park District website or find the event on Facebook. We will see you out on the Trick Or Treat Path, so remember to save us some candy!
