It’s almost Halloween, the most terrifyingly-fun time of the year and what better way to get excited for it than the sold-out Vernon Hills Park District’ Fall Fest? Set for Friday, Oct. 26th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., the Fall Fest will be held in the Sullivan Community Center at 635 North Aspen Dr.
Though one of the best aspects about Halloween for kids is being able to receive all sorts of tricks and treats, it can be hard to get a good haul of goodies from the houses in their neighborhoods. Our friends at the Gurnee Park District want to make the process of getting candy simpler, which is why they are hosting a Halloween Trick Or Treat Path Saturday, Oct. 13th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Have you and your family been wanting to give your brain a workout and see how many fun facts you actually know? Then you will not want to miss this year’s Family Trivia Night, hosted by our friends at the Vernon Hills Park District. Held Friday, Sept. 28th from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m., the contest will take place at the Sullivan Community Center on 635 N. Aspen Drive.

That is why our friends at the Vernon Hills Park District encourage everyone of all ages to come out and participate in Worldwide Day Of Play 2018, set for Saturday, Sept. 15th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
